Precision Engraving
has acquired three-dimensional deep laser engraving and machining centres.
The laser can machine any type and contour of metal and tool steel, in
addition to plastics, ceramics, graphite, and many other materials. The
system is fully integrated into our in-house CAD package for ease of file
transfer and modifications.

is proud to be the FIRST user of this type of machine in Canada. Rated
at 100 watts, our lasers are both powerful and extremely accurate. We
are pleased to once again lead the way in bringing new methods of manufacturing
to both our existing and new customers.
Our 3 axis, 100-watt YAG lasers represent state of the art technology
in engraving and micro machining for the plastics, automotive and medical
industries.
Micro machining on
mould cavities, inserts and Electrodes using .001" diameter laser
beam. Depths to .080" and more! Characters as small as 0.008"
high with remarkable detail.
We can engrave your
logo, artwork or serial numbers in any type of metal (e.g. Tool Steel,
Stainless, BeCu, Aluminum, Copper, Carbide, Graphite, etc.
